Our Service Team and our nationwide New Zealand Service Partner Network provide both 24/7 reactive and scheduled equipment servicing.

We undertake scheduled service visits for clients across New Zealand annually.  Our clients can choose to have their equipment serviced annually or biennially (2 yearly) to suit their operational environments and/or frequency of equipment use.

Through our Scheduled Service Programme we aim to maximise equipment life, minimise the build up of remedial work and reduce the likelihood of lock outs or reactive service call outs which can be disruptive and costly.

Our Scheduled Service Programme visits include –

  • Equipment Inspection
  • Identification of any equipment issues or proposed remedial works where equipment and locking mechanisms are worn or are in need of repair or replacement
  • Lubrication of moving parts (e.g. hinges, internal door boltwork, locks and drawer runners)
  • Adjustment of doors and drawer operations (where possible)
